Condition Notes from a Real Listing
In my M.B.L.E. Brussels EF86 / 6267 pair listing, I describe the tubes as acquired marked NOS and report their measured test results separately. I also disclose missing commercial brand stencils, a faint etched production code on one tube, normal vintage surface aging on the pins, and replacement white boxes.
These details distinguish the history supplied with the tubes, their measured performance, and their visible condition. Strong test readings alone do not establish that a vintage tube has never been used.
